During difficult times such as this current time, we can start to experience really challenging feelings of sadness and helplessness leading to a sense of continuing darkness.. the 'what if' questions begin. "What if it's always like this?" 'What if's' are always negative. I have never been asked, "What if i'm always this happy for the rest of my life?!"
The light in the darkness begins with a sense of hope, hope is accessed by changing our thought process to "this will pass." Hope is the light that is needed to find our way through.. every time you experience a 'What if..' try to replace it with 'this will pass' and by making your experience more temporary, hope can be found..
