A Transpersonal psychotherapist views a person through a transpersonal lens as that of a spiritual being in a physical body, with the wisdom already within that has been forgotten through life experience. This can often mean that life has become confusing for a person, a lack of direction or purpose in life pervades and difficult feelings can be experienced such as sadness, fear, loneliness and a sense of isolation.
Transpersonal psychotherapy provides a safe space for a person to explore their own inner world with the ultimate aim of bringing transformation through a remembrance of innate soul qualities and helps dis-identify from difficult feelings.
Sessions are on a one to one basis and take place over 50 minutes.
Therapy locations are Wokingham, Berkshire and London, W2. Skype sessions are also available for those in alternative locations.
