Many people of feeling lost in their lives and their workplace. Many people are feeling stuck and helpless. Fearful of making changes in their lives, focused instead on the mortgages and bills they have to pay. Many are also worried what others may think of them if they make significant changes in their lives.
The first step is to recognise that making these changes on your own may just be too daunting a task, especially as most people are having a tiring, continuous dialogue in their heads trying to work out what to do next.
Finding a coach that can help you learn to listen to yourself in a way that you may never have known or learnt to do is the first step. Also having a supportive person to share things with, as well as someone who has successfully made the changes themselves can be the very thing that people need to find enough courage to take that first step.
