Guided Visualisations

Guided visualisations are a gentle and yet often profound way to help clients on many levels.  They can provide grounding, relaxation and also be a window into both the unconscious and the spiritual essence of a client.

​Many psychotherapists and counsellors find it challenging to guide clients in this way.  It can be difficult to 'sit' with the energy that is present between therapist and client and trust that the client will experience what is right for them in the moment.  It requires a necessary holding as well as trusting and intention at the beginning of the visualisation, of the theme you are exploring with the client.
